Committee Tasks:

Develop strategic and operational plans derived from the college's strategic plan and aligned with the objectives and initiatives of the Deanship of Scientific Research, taking into account the following:

• The diverse specializations of faculty members within the college.
• Available facilities and equipment (laboratories, centers, chairs, etc.).
• Cooperation agreements with other colleges, government sectors, and the private sector.
• Funding programs and available opportunities.
