The college council consists of the dean (and the most senior vice-deans represent him during his absence), and the membership of the faculty vice deans and heads of academic departments, with a maximum of three faculty members from the college, one of whom must be the representative of the college on the scientific council. Their membership terms are determined by a decision of the University Council, so one of the college’s vice-deans serves as the secretary of the council.
