Skill Development
Goals
- Developing the skills of college staff by identifying their needs according to the goals and vision of the college and the university.
- Raising awareness of the importance of training and development.
Tasks
- Identifying training needs for courses, seminars, and workshops for college staff.
- Coordinating with the Deanship of Skills Development at the university to provide courses, seminars, and workshops for college staff.
- Collaborating with outside entities to hold training programs for college staff in coordination with the Deanship of Skills Development.
- Announcing the courses and events taking place at the university and outside it.
- Monitoring the level of benefit of faculty members and college staff from training programs and courses offered.
- Preparing quarterly and annual reports for the unit and measuring the effectiveness of the Skills Development Unit in improving college staff.
- Developing a suitable plan to continuously improve the development plan.
- Performing any other tasks assigned in their area of specialization.
