Unit Goals
- Promoting the culture of quality in the college.
- Enhancing the capabilities of college employees in implementing quality.
- Contributing to the development of the college's plans and programs to achieve a high educational level.
- Supporting and providing development initiatives for the college.
- Monitoring the application of the strategic plan.
- Ensuring the implementation of the criteria set by accrediting agencies for administrative and academic accreditation
Unit Tasks
- Preparing documents required for academic accreditation.
- Establishing policies and schedules for the quality manual.
- Preparing external documents for the quality manual.
- Establishing organizational structures.
- Supervising the preparation of entity descriptions and job descriptions for them.
- Internal auditing of the entire procedural manual in the college, and preparing flowcharts for the procedures.
- Analyzing administrative procedures and providing development suggestions for them.
- Continuously collecting data and information about quality activities in the college and preparing periodic reports on performance levels, performance indicators (KPIs), and beneficiary satisfaction for each activity.
- Counting the teaching burden of faculty members.
- Creating and sending links for quality surveys and analyzing them.
- Collecting and auditing the description and report of postgraduate programs and courses.
- Counting the attendance of female students in lectures and guidance meetings.
- Promoting a culture of quality within the college.
- Carrying out other tasks assigned to the unit regarding quality and its application.
