Goals
- Building data repositories and databases.
- Continuous development of data collection, information analysis, and documentation mechanisms.
- Increasing awareness of the importance of documenting information and creating a distinguished image of the Statistics and Information Unit.
- Implementing fieldwork related to the Information Technology Unit.
- Executing and following up on the e-transactions deanship projects at the college.
- Building a fully integrated online portal for the college.
- Implementing and developing electronic services.
- Raising awareness of information security policies and maintaining their integrity.
Tasks
- Collecting documents related to the college and its staff, classifying and indexing them to facilitate their retrieval and exchange with relevant parties upon request.
- Preparing databases that include information for all college departments, agencies, units, and their staff from academic, health, and administrative cadres, and continuously updating them.
- Documenting all achievements of the college and its staff.
- Conducting statistical studies related to documented data and presenting the resulting information in the form of numerical indicators that can be used in preparing statistical reports.
- updating the college's website.
- Participating in preparing the annual report.
- Collaborating with all college units when needed.
- Coordinating with the Deanship of E-Transactions and Communications regarding technical support, network performance, internet connectivity, and the website.
- Operating classrooms and ensuring their readiness.
- Technical and strategic planning for the Information Technology unit.
- Performing administrative tasks in the unit.
- Providing technical consultations to the Project Management Office regarding electronic projects.
